Compulsory Events For All Inbound Students

September 25 - 27, 2009         Fall Orientation Meeting - Neepawa, Manitoba

January 8 - 11, 2010          Winter Orientation Meeting - Melfort, Saskatchewan

May 13 - May 16, 2010          District Conference - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Compulsory Orientation for All Inbound and Outbound Students

April 23 - 25, 2010        Inbound and Outbound Orientation - Russell, Manitoba

All inbound students MUST attend the four compulsory events. These events take precedence over all other activities including school, grad, club and host family plans. 

The clubs are expected to make arrangements for the students to get to and from the compulsory events and to pay transportation and registration costs.

All counselors are expected to attend these events as well, especially Neepawa and Russell.

OPTIONAL EVENTS

October 29 - November 1, 2009       Halloween Weekend - Sioux Lookout, Ontario

March 12 - 14, 2010        Winter Festival - The Pas Manitoba

May 16 - 24, 2010                 Western Adventure Trip to the Rockies

  July 4 - 8, 2010                 Camp Whitney - Flin Flon, Manitoba

Councilors are welcome at optional events as well. We will make every effort to have them family hosted if they wish to do so.

Please ensure a copy of this is passed to your Counselor, your Host Family, the Club and the School Administration.  This will help to avoid conflicts of timing for vacations, trips and other activities.
